H Dub Athletics offers a variety of services. Our goal is to provide our members with everything they need in regards to health and fitness!
General Physical Preparedness (GPP) is designed to build the most broad, general, inclusive fitness possible. It says fitness isn’t what you look like; it’s what your capable of. One thing we can assure you is you will never get bored with the workouts here. We believe variance equals results. We utilize functional movements. These movements do a great job at doing a great deal of work quickly. Think squat, push, pull, jump, run, press, and throw as opposed to bicep curls and crunches. You’ll learn the basic of gymnastics, running, jumping, Olympic weightlifting, and powerlifting.
We understand that group training is not for everyone. One-on-one training is a great way to get started because we can dedicate our full attention to you. This is also great for an athlete that needs help on a specific skill or movement. Our coaches can personalize your workout so it caters to your specific needs and goals.

This is required for all new-comers. You will meet with a coach for no longer than 30-minutes. We will sit down and talk about your fitness goals and pick the best game plan. One thing H Dub Athletics takes pride in is our on-boarding program. We put all new members through the safest and most effective fundamentals program. The workouts here are intense, complex, and most importantly, effective. Starting the right way is critical to your future success. There is never any pressure in our no-sweat intro, so come chat with us!
YES, exercise is fun and will get you in shape, to an extent. The cold hard truth is that your commitment to your health & fitness can’t end in the gym – it must carry over to the kitchen with your nutrition.
Our nutrition coaching is personalized for YOU. We take YOUR lifestyle and goals into consideration to figure out a game plan so that you are confident that you are eating to reach those goals.
For Members Only
While we do what we can to fit in skill work during class, we can only fit so much into an hour. If you are looking to get some extra work on a skill you are developing, get feedback on some lifts, or get some quick skills and drills, these sessions are for you. They include a coach working one-on-one with you on the movement of your choice, i.e. drills, progressions, spotting, whatever is appropriate in helping you improve the skill. They will also include "homework" after the session that the athlete can work on on their own to improve (specific to the movement).

Upon scheduling, you must give no less than 24 hours notice before postponing or cancelling a session, otherwise that session will be considered used.
