A high intensity fitness program that utilizes conditioning through running, rowing and biking combined with body weight exercises, dumbbells and kettlebells. There will be a variety of different time domains and intervals. The simplicity of the movements allows for anyone and everyone to participate, while the design of the program makes it a challenge for even the fittest of the fit.
Currently offered Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8am [Hustle with the coaches] and 6:30pm
