Athlete of the Month
Starting this month, we will be highlighting a CrossFit H Dub athlete each month. This person will be our “Athlete of the Month”
What makes up an Athlete of the Month? Not RX’ing every workout or lifting the most weight. This athlete exhibits consistency and a hard work mentality. Every time they come to the gym they have a good attitude and give their all. This person is also welcoming of others, helping make CFHD the best community there is. Each month we will choose a different athlete and post some fun facts about them to help y’all get to know them better.
So, we are excited to announce our first Athlete of the Month… (drum roll please) Matt Shultz! Matt joined H Dub on day 1 and hasn't skipped a beat since! Despite remodeling a home, transitioning jobs, and fathering a 2 year old and a newborn, he comes in everyday at 6:30 AM and kicks butt. He is an inspiration to us all and we are honored to have him in our CrossFit H Dub family.
