FITNESS TIP FRIDAY: Seated Box Jumps

Hey guys!

Today's fitness tip is about seated box jumps. This is a movement you can and should be adding into your training sessions to train power. "It's all in the hips." Greater hip explosion=greater power, which translates into our speed and explosiveness in olympic lifts, kettle bell movements, gymnastics, etc. Watch this video and try incorporating these in your warm ups or training sessions!
