It's fitness tip Friday... Woo Hoo! Today's tip is a stretch that will help with our front rack position. Having a good front rack position can help with our presses, jerks, front squats, and cleans. Watch this video and perform this stretch during your warm up for any of these movements. Let us know if you see a difference!
