May's Athlete of the Month

Time to highlight one of our spectacular athletes! What makes up an Athlete of the Month? Not RX’ing every workout or lifting the most weight. This athlete exhibits consistency and a hard work mentality. Every time they come to the gym they have a good attitude and give their all. This person is also welcoming of others, helping make CFHD the best community there is. Each month we choose a different athlete and post some fun facts about them to help y’all get to know them better.

This month is Mr. Bryan Walsh. Over the past month, we have been working towards moving into a bigger space. We had a month before we had to be in it and it needed a lot of work. Without Bryan, we would be no where close to where we are now. We are up and running in our new and bigger space! We will never be able to thank him for all of his help with this renovation but we are so glad to have him as part of the H Dub family. Aside from being a huge help on this project, Bryan is a hard worker inside the gym too. He is consistently here 5-6 times a week putting in work. He recognizes his goals and is willing to do whatever it takes to get better. Sometimes, we even have to make him take a rest day, but that's just the hard worker in him! If you haven't gotten to know Bryan yet, be sure to catch up with him around the gym. One of the most genuine guys we have ever gotten the pleasure of knowing. Thanks for being a solid member of the good vibe tribe, Bryan!
